Welcome

When things feel overwhelming or unclear, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experience, and come back to yourself.

Therapy may be a supportive next step

Hello

Here's who I am & what I do

I believe that you don’t have to carry things alone. I support people who feel stuck in self-doubt, anxiety, or relationship patterns, to reconnect with themselves, soften their inner critic, and build a more grounded, authentic way of being.

Working with me

Being present with what is

Start where you are

Therapy is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to explore what is really going on beneath the surface, at your own pace and without judgment. Together, we gently make sense of patterns such as anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection, and explore what lies underneath them.

Rather than trying to fix you, the focus is on helping you reconnect with yourself, build awareness, and discover ways of being that feel more grounded, authentic, and supportive.

Topics I Often Work With

Recurring themes

Learning to soften the inner critic
That constant voice that says you’re not doing enough, not good enough, or always need to improve.

Finding your own voice and taking up space

Learning to express your needs, set boundaries, and feel more comfortable being fully yourself in relationships.

Understanding relationship patterns
Why closeness can feel difficult, why you might fear rejection, or lose yourself in connection with others.

Working through grief and old emotional wounds
Not just recent loss, but also older experiences that still carry emotional weight.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin, you are welcome as you are, at your own pace.

As a first step, you can request an intake appointment directly in my calendar. Once I receive your request, I'll follow up with an email to confirm our meeting and to potentially request extra information that can help me have a bigger picture of you and your situation (usually that is done via an intake form).
