Hello
Here's who I am & what I do
I believe that you don’t have to carry things alone. I support people in gently reconnecting with their inner world, exploring difficult experiences at their own pace, and discovering ways of being that feel more authentic, grounded, and alive.
Working with me
Being present with what is
The therapy space, how I see it
Therapy is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to explore what is really going on beneath the surface, at your own pace and without judgment. Together, we gently make sense of patterns such as anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection, and explore what lies underneath them.
Rather than trying to fix you, the focus is on helping you reconnect with yourself, build awareness, and discover ways of being that feel more grounded, authentic, and supportive.

Approach
How is the therapeutic process?
Working with me is a collaborative and supportive process where you can bring all parts of your experience, even the ones that feel difficult or unclear.
My approach is experiential, relational and body-oriented, meaning we pay attention not only to thoughts, but also to emotions, sensations, and what unfolds in the moment. Together, we support more authentic, connected ways of relating to your life and others.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin, you are welcome as you are, at your own pace.
As a first step, you can request an intake appointment directly in my calendar. Once I receive your request, I'll follow up with an email to confirm our meeting and to potentially request extra information that can help me have a bigger picture of you and your situation (usually that is done via an intake form).
